It was a four month ordeal for me to get them to close my account. People Pc insis that it was because I could not provide the proper security answers. Wrong! They proceded to use the information I provided them for a one time telephone payment to debit my bank account for two additional months. This was not authorized and is illigal. I would warn anyone to think twice before subscribing with People PC. By the way my account was never delinquient, all my problembs started when I tried to leave them.
